What is pressure cleaning? Pressure cleaning is a cleaning method that uses high-pressure water to clean surfaces, such as concrete, brick, stone, wood, siding, roof, deck, patio, driveway, fence, and more. A pressure washer machine is used to generate a powerful stream of water that removes dirt, grime, and other substances from the surface. The water pressure is measured in pounds per square inch (PSI) and the water flow rate is measured in gallons per minute (GPM). Different types of nozzles can be attached to the pressure washer to change the spray pattern and pressure of the water, allowing for efficient and effective cleaning of different surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. In some cases, cleaning solutions or detergents can be added to the water stream to enhance the cleaning power.
What is pressure washing? Pressure washing is another term for pressure cleaning.
What is power washing? We use a mix of pressure and soft wash techniques and equipment to clean your property. All surfaces need appropriate strategies relative to their composition. We like to refer to our basket of cleaning options as "power washing." FYI: Some people refer to "power washing" as exclusively using hot water to clean.
What is soft wash cleaning? Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low-pressure spray and specialized cleaning solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces, such as roofs, building exteriors, and wooden decks. Unlike pressure washing, which uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt and grime, soft washing relies on the cleaning solution to break down and remove stubborn substances, such as algae, mold, and mildew. The cleaning solution is typically left on the surface for a certain amount of time to allow it to penetrate and loosen the dirt, followed by a low-pressure rinse to remove the solution and any remaining dirt. Soft washing is a gentler and more effective method of cleaning delicate surfaces, as it is less likely to cause damage compared to high-pressure washing.
What is soft wash roof cleaning? In our case, soft wash roof cleaning is an eco-friendly method to clean heavily soiled roofs incuding asphalt, tile and metal. In 99% of cases we do not walk on your roof which avoids breaking tiles or weakening the structure. Some companies walk on your roof and use high pressure wands or round surface machines which can strip away at the integrity of the tile and also results in mold coming back much quicker. Paver sealing is the process of applying a protective coating to the surface of pavers (or natural stones), which are commonly used for outdoor flooring, walkways, and driveways.
